Bất cứ thông báo, yêu cầu hay liên lạc liên quan đến Phụ lục này phải được lập thành văn bản và gửi đi bằng thư, điện báo, fax, dịch vụ đưa thư hoặc bằng đường bộ. Bất cứ thông báo nào được đưa ra sẽ được xem là có hiệu lực khi được xác nhận.
