Điều 58. Nguyên tắc vận hành hệ thống điện truyền tải
1. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm chung trong việc vận hành hệ thống điện truyền tải an toàn, kinh tế và hiệu quả.
2. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch vận hành hệ thống điện truyền tải cho năm tới, tháng tới, tuần tới và phương thức vận hành ngày tới và giờ tới, bao gồm:
a) Kế hoạch phối hợp bảo dưỡng sửa chữa thiết bị điện, lưới điện;
b) Đánh giá an ninh hệ thống bao gồm dự báo phụ tải điện, kế hoạch cung cấp nhiên liệu từ các nhà máy nhiệt điện, dự báo thuỷ văn từ các nhà máy thủy điện, tính toán mức dự phòng hệ thống điện, kế hoạch huy động nguồn, huy động các dịch vụ phụ trợ và sa thải phụ tải để đảm bảo an ninh hệ thống điện;
c) Thông báo tình trạng suy giảm an ninh hệ thống.
