Gần 2 năm trở lại đây, lĩnh vực hành chính nhân sự luôn có sức hấp dẫn mạnh mẽ với tôi. Tôi cũng hiểu sự thay đổi là khó khăn. nhưng để mạnh dạng và tự tin cho lần ứng tuyển này, tôi đã trãi qua thời gian tự học hỏi và thực hành trong 1 năm. Thời gian không dài nhưng đã cho tôi những kiến thức cơ bản để tự tin thực hiện tốt các nhiệm vụ của một trợ lý hành chính mà công ty đang tuyển dụng.

Almost 2 years, the field of personnel administration always had strong appeal to me. I also understand change is difficult. but to form a strong and confident for this application, I have spent time learning and self practicing in 1 year. The time is not long but gave me the basic knowledge to confidently perform the duties of an administrative assistant that companies are hiring.
