Về comment card (phiếu góp ý): vui lòng viết thông tin của khách ở góc phía trên, bên phải của comment card (không viết bên trái nữa nha). Nếu có mục nào bị cho điểm thấp (1,2,3) thì nhờ khách ghi rõ lí do (bị vấn đề gì)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

On the comment card (comment): Please write your information in the corner, to the right of the comment card (do not write on the left again). If there are any entries for the low point (1, 2, 3), thanks to the reason customers clearly (was problems)

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

On comment cards (feedback form): Please write your information in the upper corner, to the right of the comment cards (not write again left home). If items have been the low point (1,2,3), the guest thanks specify reasons (being a problem)
